Delays, Detours Near Commerce St. Station April 27 through 29

The City of Tacoma is currently repairing a broken concrete roadway panel and underground utility vaults located on South 9th Street between Commerce & Pacific Avenue. During this project, 9th Street will be closed in both directions between Commerce & Pacific Avenue. Traffic will be maintained heading north & south on Pacific Avenue and on Commerce, with both roadways remaining open.   Pierce Transit buses that regularly use 9th Street will be detoured during the street closure.
