To improve Runner wait times and seat availability, the service will use boarding points that make it easier and faster to pick up and drop off customers. In some cases, rather than being picked up at a specific address, a customer may be asked to walk a short distance to meet the Runner vehicle, and they may be joined by another customer going in the same direction. Those customers with limited mobility may call the Runner support number (253) 600-4146 to request to continue to be picked up or dropped off at specific addresses.
